Choose one day each month to plan out your content, write captions, design graphics, and schedule it all out. This focused approach saves you from daily decision fatigue and keeps your social media running smoothly even on your busiest weeks.
✔ Repurpose What You Already Have
You don’t need to reinvent the wheel every week. Turn a blog post into a carousel post, share a testimonial in your stories, or break down a podcast episode into several educational captions. Repurposing helps you show up more often without doubling your workload.
✔ Use Templates
Designing from scratch every time is a time drain. Create or invest in branded Canva templates so you can quickly create posts that look professional and aligned with your brand.
✔ Outsource It
If creating content is something you dread or just don’t have capacity for, outsourcing to a social media manager (like me!) can free up your time, reduce your stress, and help you grow online with strategy and intention.
